Annex B of the Technical Handbook lists the paperwork each delegation submits to the Organising Committee. Deadlines are on the entries page.

• Preliminary Agreement — intention to participate.
• Entry by Number — teams and numbers.
• Entry by Name — athletes and officials.
• Accommodation request.
• Travel itinerary — flight details, required for airport transfers.
• Dietary requirements — vegetarian, halal, allergies. Collected through Entry by Name.
• Accreditation photograph — one recent photograph per person.
• Classification documents — complete medical and diagnostic documentation for any athlete attending classification.
• Invitation-letter request — for delegations needing a visa.
