Transport

Airport transfers are provided between Afonso Pena International Airport (CWB) and the official hotel on the designated arrival and departure dates, for delegations that submit flight details by the deadline.
A daily shuttle runs between the official hotel and the venue, according to the competition programme.
Ceremonies and official functions — transport arrangements to be confirmed.

Afonso Pena International Airport is in São José dos Pinhais, about 20 km from the city centre and 14 km from the official hotel.

Arrivals and departures

Delegations arrive on Monday 9 November 2026 and depart on Wednesday 18 November 2026. Recommended arrival and departure times are still to be confirmed. Please share full travel itineraries with the Organising Committee in advance.

Visas

Entry requirements for Brazil vary by nationality — some travellers are visa-exempt while others require a visa or e-visa. Check with the nearest Brazilian consulate well in advance.

The Organising Committee can issue official invitation letters on request.
